Level Up!

In an effort to constantly improve our product, we bit the bullet and acquired a top of the line vacuum former. We’re now forming all of our OWB holsters (pistols and mag pouches) using this process as opposed to using our foam presses. This has allowed us to take our product to the next level in a few ways. Okay…. but what does that mean for me? Glad you asked! Forming this way exponentially improves the definition of the final product. Every detail shows through on the outside of the holster making for a very professional look. More importantly, the back side has become shallower to the point that it’s nearly flat. We went from about a 70/30% split to a 90/10%. This translates to a much more comfortable holster as it reduces points of pressure on the hip and more evenly distributes the inward force along the waistline. Finally, it’s allowed us to cut our production time down by about 30%. That means we can get them out to you even faster. So it looks cooler, feels better and I’ll get it sooner?… Exactly!! As of June 2016, our lead time is about a week for each order. We’re doing our best to keep that time to a minimum as we know how annoying it can be to have to wait 4-6 weeks for your new rig.
